Maleficent was a awesome experience.It reminds of Wicked because both main characters were misunderstood, Elfaba and Maleficent.The movie was about how Maleficent didn't believe in true love because when a man gave her a kiss and he told her that it was a true love kiss but when she fell asleep he cut off her wings only because he wanted to become king.  He had a baby girl and Maleficent put a spell on the baby and fairies had to watch the baby but they didn't know how, so Maleficent had to help them in secret .She wanted to break the spell but she could not and Aurora pricked her finger on a needle, and this caused her to go into a deep sleep.Only true love could break the spell.Everyone thought true love was from a prince,but it was true love from Maleficent.She loved her like a daughter.I think it was the best movie besides frozen and Wicked!
